SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Delivery:

o   Free on orders above ₹700.

o   ₹35 on orders below ₹700

o   Standard delivery takes between 3-7 Day

Express Delivery:

o   Get it faster for just ₹15 additional.

o   Express Delivery takes between 2-5 Days

COD Charges:

o   ₹30, for orders up to Rs 2000

o   ₹50, for orders above Rs 2000

RETURN POLICY:

  • 14-Day Return Policy applicable only to non-intimate wear categories.
  • No Returns on intimate wear products like bras, panties, and bralettes for hygiene and health reasons.
  • No Returns during End of Season Sales (EOSS).

REFUNDS:

  • Refunds will be credited within 15-20 days after the return is processed.

  1. Delivery timelines vary depending on the time of order placement and delivery location. 
  2. When you place your orders, we show you the following for your location, based on your pincode

    Please note that deliveries are made on all days. Pick-up of product is done on working days excluding weekends and public holidays.
  4.  Weekdays are Monday - Saturday.
  5.  If you have purchased as a registered user, you can modify the delivery address by accessing your order details in your account; if and when the order status allows it to do so, considering the Return Windows allowed.
  6.  Any Delays: In case of any unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control, we are unable to deliver your order on the estimated delivery date, we will send you an email and/or contact you Via Call or Whatsapp and you will be able to see the new delivery date in your order details.
  7.  Not available at home: If you were not available during the delivery attempt, or there was no one to receive the courier at the time of delivery, please contact us and we will verify with the courier and make a reattempt.
  8.  Usually, our delivery partners make at least three attempts to deliver.
  9. If for any reason, you were still not available or we could not deliver, the goods will be returned back to the base Warehouse.
  10.  Undelivered Items: In case of pre-paid orders, we will process the refund, if the items were not delivered after multiple attempts (at least 3).
