We at Ammarzo Industries Private Limited strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure a full refund or exchange.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) or exchanging them. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that we receive your return.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure that they are in good condition. If you have requested a refund, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If you have requested an exchange, we will ship the new item to you within 3-5 business days.

Please note that some items may not be eligible for a return or exchange, including items that have been personalized, intimate apparel, and items that have been used or washed.
