RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Ammarzo, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality of fashion. We understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. Therefore, we have created a comprehensive Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. This policy is in line with industry best practices and complies with applicable Indian laws.

 

RETURN POLICY

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Ammarzo adopts a no fuss, no reasons asked 14 days return policy for all our full priced and discounted non-intimate wear products. 
  2. All intimate wear items such as Bras, Bralettes, Panties, Nickers or other intimate wear are not eligible for return due to hygiene and health reasons unless they are defective or damaged from source.
  3. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  4. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, unmutilated and in their original condition with all labels and tags attached.

 

Return Process

  1. Customers can initiate a return through their Ammarzo.com customer profile section (url…).
    • Upon successful return request, one of our Delivery Associates will pick up the merchandise from the given address within 3-5 business days.
  2. For manual request of return, you may also contact our customer care team at support@ammarzo.com or on +91-8919662239.
    • A Return Authorization Code (RAC) will be provided in this case, and the items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the authorization.
    • Shipping Cost in this case must be borne by the customer.
    • Items must be returned via a reliable courier partner and the return item must contain the Return Authorization Code (RAC) inside the packet for a smoother refund process.
  3. Return Shipping Cost: Rs 100.
    • The cost of the return of Rs 100 applies to each request and will be deducted from the refund amount. 
  4. Once we receive the item at our Warehouse, we will do a Quality Check and process the refund whether the refund is initiated through the Ammarzo.com customer profile section or manually via our customer care team.
  5. The refund takes 7-10 working days from receipt and Quality Check at the WareHouse.

 

Condition of Return Items

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, unmutilated and in their original condition with all tags labels and tags attached.
  2. All sets must be returned with all its parts. 
  3. Any items with belts, fasteners or accessories, must also be returned along.
  4. Combo Offer Items, Buy 1 Get 1 items, Buy 2 Get1 items or for merchandise on such offers– All products of the offer must be returned with their respective original Labels and Tags.
  5. Partial return for combo offer items is unfortunately not possible.

 

Inspection and Approval

  1. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected by our Quality team. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed.

 

Refund Process

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  2. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

 

Exchange Policy

  1. Currently we are unable to provide an exchange offer for colour or size.
  2. Once this is live, we will notify you in our exchange policies.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

  1. Reporting Defects:
    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at support@ammarzo.com or on +91 8919662239 with details and photographs of the defect or damage.
  2. Replacement:
    • We will provide a replacement at no additional cost if the item is reported and verified as defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Intimate items such as Bras, Bralettes, Panties, Nickers or other intimate wear are not eligible for return, unless defective or damaged.
  2. Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase will also be non-returnable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Order Cancellation Policy
      • You can cancel an order until it has been picked and packed at our warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale as well. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. 

     

  • How do I cancel my order?
  • You can cancel your orders through your Ammarzo.com profile. You may also contact Customer Care team at Customer Care team at support@ammarzo.com or on +91 8919662239.
      • Orders can only be cancelled before they are picked and packed at one of our warehouses.
