A-Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days from the day of placing an order.

  3. Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or usage cannot be accepted for return/ exchanges. We will only refund the discounted price as per the invoice.
  4. Once altered, the product is not eligible for returns/exchanges, including sleeve attachment. AMMARZO reserves the right to change the exchange/money back price of the product based on the Quality Inspection.
  5. If a reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us.
  6. If you request for return you will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.
  7. In case of Money back, the payment shall be made through the same mode of payment as the original purchase. The refund amount will be credited to the Customer’s account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card.
  8. For the 30 Days Exchange/Return policy, if the product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion, then AMMARZO In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product before dispatch.
